Defense coverage for COVID-19 claims
| 2020 has challenged our schools in ways many thought not possible. Ohio School Plan is responding by providing additional risk management solutions through its products and services to its membership during these challenging times. Following consultation and direction from the board of directors, Ohio School Plan will provide limited defense only coverage for claims caused by COVID-19. The defense only coverage will be part of a master policy and have a $1 million all members aggregate with a $10,000 per member sublimit and a $10,000 member deductible. Ohio School Plan’s new defense only coverage is in place for policies effective July 1, 2020, and later. |
